Melatih otot lengan, perut, dan kaki - Level Pemula - Berbagai latihan di posisi Quadruped.
Latihan kali ini akan dilakukan di posisi Quadruped atau All 4. Ada beragam gerakan yang bisa dilakukan di posisi Quadruped yang akan menguatkan otot lengan, perut, dan kaki.
Pada posisi Quadriped, kekuatan core muscle sangat diperlukan. Abdominal harus terus aktif selama latihan agar beban tidak tertumpu pada lower back / lumbar. Posisi ini melatih menguatkan otot lengan (triceps), otot kaki (quads dan hamstring), otot perut, juga otot punggung. Rangkaian latihan ini diakhiri oleh latihan Push-Up untuk pemula.
