CAKE:
145g unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
3/4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cup buttermilk (substitute: 1 cup milk plus 1 tbsp white vinegar)
FLAN:
1 can (14oz/ 397ml) condensed milk
1 can (12oz/ 350ml) evaporated milk
113g cream cheese, room temperature
3 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
