"Forgotten" Original Composition

Описание: Hi everyone, here is something a bit different for a change =)

I was in Melbourne last week celebrating my few days of holidays after hard core mid-year exams and caught up with some good friends.

Playing here is one my best friends who, among with others I used to play music extensively with. We even formed a unique quartet and whilst some of us are separated for the moment by state and country, we still all love catching up, gaming together and playing music =D

Anyway, back to topic, here is Matthew Ng, playing an original composition by his sister "Yi-Ling". This was recorded at my house in Melbourne with my sister's grand piano, and if I say any more it'll probably be even more confusing =)

I told Matthew that many people would love to see his playing, and subsequently asked him to play anything. Matthew does have a youtube channel, but is sadly not very active, but here it is for your viewing pleasure.

The quartet (and our orchestra for that matter) accompanied Matthew on his Prokofiev piano concerto around 6 years ago, which was one of my fondest musical memories from school. One of our members even had a solo at the beginning hehe, guess what instrument he plays? =)

Also! I have demanded/asked/begged Matthew to record stuff so we can play again even though we are a few states away and he hasn't agreed yet! He is also a massive FF music fan boy, so if you would like to hear more (and recorded properly instead of my violin mic), pop some comments below and lets see if we can convince him!
