Chouriço Assado - Grilled Portuguese Chouriço

Описание: One of the Portuguese's favorite snack – aka "Petisco" - is Chouriço Assado.
Going to a neighborhood small restaurants, bars or cafes - also known as "tasquinha" - where can be ordered grilled portuguese chouriço and a cold beer, it is an classics one cannot skip while in Portugal. It is a must do!
Chouriço is perhaps the most popular Portuguese sausage.
Made with pork meat and flavored with paprika (and sometimes red wine).
Called "Chouriço Assado", the sausage is cooked on top of a clay dish that has been pour with alcohol and then lit. Watching the clay dish with the grilled chouriço in the fire can be nearly as entertaining.
So tasty!
👉🏼 INGREDIENTS:
• 1 portuguese chouriço
• 5 cl of Aquardente ( Portuguese distilled alcohol)
KICTHEN UTENSILS:
• 1 “assador de barro” ceramic cooking bowl (any medium sized bowl will do as long as the chourico can rest above the alcoholic liquid below)
