This is a 60 minute slow vinyasa yoga flow to create freedom and return range of motion in your neck, shoulders and the front of your hips. An antidote to a long, stressful day or week or perhaps some time spent hunched over a computer. Indulge yourself in a slower approach to your movements and breath as a way of re-setting. Class pairs focussed front body openers for your hips, chest & shoulders with back body strengtheners & lengthening poses for your spine.
For practice, you will need a yoga belt or perhaps a jean belt, scarf or towel ;-)
