INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup red onion
Half of 1 jalapeño
2 garlic cloves
1 large fresh tomato
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp salt (kosher or larger flake)
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Half of 1 x 28 oz can whole tomatoes (I like a sweeter variety like Bianco Dinapoli)*
