Recipe
4 cups of water
1 chocolate ball (unrefined cocoa)
Cinnamon,Star anises
2 cups of evaporated milk
Sugar (as much as you want)
1tablespoon of cornstarch
Put the unrefined cocoa in four cups of water (you can grate it first if you want) . let this
boil until the cocoa melt and the water reduce to approximatively two cups.
Strain the mixture and then add 2 cups of evaporated milk , sugar and let it simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes .
If you'd like the chocolate to be creamier mix some cornstarch with some water and pour slowly on the chocolate and keep stirring until it reach the consistency that you're looking for .
