It was very hard finding any information on this song in specific. The lyrics nor the audio were nowhere to be found on the internet. If I would not have made a video on it, it might've been lost to time. Anyways, some things about the song were pretty clear. The message the singer tells, is that of a disunited ireland. How he loves every county, and sees no difference between the northern part of the island, the east, the south and the west.
Here are some references you might've missed:
01:17 "the sister counties/ King and Queen's county" are other names for the counties of Offaly and Laois.
01:41 "Eireann" is a different way to name "Ireland".
