Kasibante's Lawyers have asked court to grant them chance to cross-examine EC's Byabakama whom they accuse of spearheading all the irregularities in the recent general polls.
Questions have been raised on how the tallying process was carriedout without clear use of the procured BVVK machines, contrary to the law which was signed by Nobert Mao the Jusitce & Consitutional Minister.
