Описание: On March 22, 2025, Las Cruces Police Officer Rodriguez responded to a motor vehicle accident. The police report indicates that he suspected that the 49-year-old driver of the at-fault vehicle to be intoxicated because her speech was extremely slurred. She was asked to step out of her vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. At the conclusion of the tests, she was placed under arrest for Driving While Under the Influence. At the police station, she provided two breath samples, which both registered 0.21% BAC. The status of her case is unknown, but all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
