The second day of the workshop explores specialised analysis frameworks and performance tracking tools. The morning sessions detail the MAQAO performance analysis framework, including hands-on exercises for code quality assessment. This is followed by a presentation on TALP for tracking application performance and an introduction to the OTF-CPT tool. The day concludes with an extended hands-on coaching session where participants work directly with the experts to apply these POP tools to their own production codes, focusing on identifying specific bottlenecks and optimisation opportunities.
