This video highlights advanced performance engineering techniques for complex CPU and GPU interactions. The presentations cover sophisticated use cases for BSC tools, including burst clustering and the nsys2prv utility for bridging NVIDIA Nsight data with Paraver. Advanced capabilities of the JSC toolset are also explored, featuring Vampir interactive trace visualisation and Scalasca automated trace analysis. These sessions provide the deep-dive technical knowledge necessary to optimise heterogeneous applications, supported by afternoon coaching sessions where experts help participants interpret complex performance traces.
