This 20-minute deeply relaxing yin yoga class is a slow, full-body stretch designed to help you unwind, release tension, and settle into a state of calm. Through long-held, passive yin poses, we gently stretch the entire body while supporting relaxation and nervous system regulation.
This practice invites you to slow down and soften without effort, making it ideal if you’re feeling tired, stressed, or in need of rest. The poses are floor-based and accessible, with plenty of space to use props for comfort and support.
