-We are in lockdown number two in Hawaii so I thought how can I help? I can help by getting your tushy in shape and keeping you out of the hospital!
-So beginning Monday 8/31 at 10 am I am going live for free on our YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram teaching a 45-60 minute Pilates class out of my living room for SEVEN DAYS IN A ROW! -10-11 am HST Mon-Sun it's me and you squeezing our booties and bellies!
-Get subscribed to our YouTube Channel and click that bell so you know to join us!

Here's the plan:
Monday and Tuesday Level I workouts
Wednesday and Thursday Level II workouts
Friday and Saturday Level III workouts
SUNDAY LEVEL IV! Who's in? Tell your friends!
