This full body workout at home is the perfect blend of cardio, strength, Tabata training and kettlebells. If you love a kettlebell workout, this one will not let you down!
The whole session is a Tabata workout, with the first 4 rounds being cardio focused and the final 2 being strength focused. For the cardio part of the workout the rounds are a full body workout, with the only exercise being kettlebell swings and variations with the kettlebell and bodyweight exercises every other swing, this is a great way to train! Then the final rounds are focusing on strength training with supersets, upper and lower body split into 2 rounds!
