Most people would stay inside… but off-grid life doesn’t always work that way.
In this video, we push forward on our greenhouse build despite crazy winds, blowing snow, ice, and bitter cold temperatures.

This wasn’t a big progress day — conditions were brutal — but we focused on what mattered most: bracing and securing the structure so it’s stronger and safer moving forward. Sometimes off-grid projects aren’t about speed or perfection… they’re about showing up, doing what you can, and making steady progress.
