✅ 541 Single Family homes went under agreement with 460 Single Families 💰 selling for an average price of $851k and a Median Price of $630k.

✅ Condo inventory in Massachusetts on 📅 1/13 was 2,037 condos available to buyers with 414 newly listed condos coming on the market last week.
✅ 284 Condos went under agreement with 220 Condos 💰 selling for an average price of $776k and a Median Price of $547k.
