✅ 574 Single Family homes went under agreement with 410 Single Families 💰 selling for an average price of $774k and a Median Price of $630k.

✅ Condo inventory in Massachusetts on 📅 2/24 was 2,197 condos available to buyers with 394 newly listed condos coming on the market last week.
✅ 340 Condos went under agreement with 200 Condos 💰 selling for an average price of $737k and a Median Price of $559k.
