this video is based on my experience in isha yoga Centre for the four day program is called as shoonya Intensive program.the class starts from 6 a.m. in the morning and goes till 10:00 p.m. in the evening, for 3 days the schedule is like this and on 4th you are free by 6:00 p.m.
program is quite intense and its not for everyone, reason why I am saying this because of physical intensity of the program.During program instructors told us that this meditation was practiced by Gautam Buddha himself. its matter of fortune that this meditation is available at this point of time.it is very powerful meditation practice if I'll tell you the whole experience try to imagine that experience and will fall into to state of imagination rather than meditation. please don't expect any anything that I am saying that will happen in your meditation practice it may happen it may not happen. so don't try to imagine because it will lead to imagination rather then meditation. primary unit 3 things in this one is Surya Shakti second is Shakti chalana kriya third one is shoonya meditation (Silence meditation).aashram is very beautiful place if you have not been there then you will enjoy your stay, whatever time you are staying in ashram. tree plantation thing they have done is Just quite amazing it's exceptional i have never seen any organisation doing such kind of plantation so far. small part of Shakti chalana kriya where we were taught to produce a noise like a peacock 200 participants were there when all of us made that sound we got a reply from peacocks from jungle. volunteer support during the entire course was amazing I must share an incident on the third day there was one participant who was bit sick he went to the sleeping hall rand somehow he was not feeling well so he thought of like a skipping the dinner one volunteer came to his bed mat and asked for food. this was really amazing how they were taking care of all the participants. one participant was not eating his dinner and they are able to see that and their able to help that individual out, I will always remember this incident this was match.
There is a specific diet for program participants, no tea coffee , but herbal drinks which were very good. Diet is 50% rawa fruits, 50% routine.
For four days I was not caring my phone and after that when I got my phone back I didn't feel like I need to use my phone so that was the impact of the program. I am writing this description after 22 days and I can say my phone use has got significantly down . the kind of facilities Sadguru has created for all of us in Ashram is amazing. Highly recommended program ,My recommendation is those who are looking to pursue, develop the habbit of sitting in Vajrasan for 30 min , you will be at more ease during the program because Shakti chalan kriya is there in Vajrasan.
