🛒 Ingredients (Makes 3 portions):
• 6 strawberries (about 90 g) 🍓
• 2 tbsp (20 g) almonds 🌰
• 2 tbsp (20 g) walnuts 🌰
• 2 tbsp (20 g) pumpkin seeds 🎃
• 2 tbsp (30 g) raisins 🍇
• 2 Medjool dates (about 48 g) 🌴
• 2½–3½ cups (600–840 ml) oat milk 🥛 (2½ = thick & creamy like in the video, 3½ = lighter & drinkable)
• Ice cubes, to taste ❄️
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Add strawberries, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins, and dates to a high-speed blender.
2️⃣ Pour in 2½ cups oat milk to start.
3️⃣ Add a few ice cubes so the blend stays cool and doesn’t warm up.
4️⃣ Blend on high until completely smooth and silky.
5️⃣ If needed, add more oat milk (up to 3½ cups) to reach your preferred thickness.
6️⃣ Pour into three glasses or bottles and enjoy.
