Goda Masala – 1 tsp
Garlic-Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
For Tempering
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida (Hing) – a pinch
Curry Leaves – few
