This gentle yet powerful flow guides you through movements that target the physical and emotional layers of the hip area, helping to create space and encourage letting go.
We'll use mindful, steady sequences to connect breath to movement. Have a yoga blanket and blocks nearby to support your joints, enhance comfort, and help you sink deeper into each pose. This practice is an act of kindness for your body and mind.
