Hi this is coach TA, Trevor Anderson SPRI Master Instructor here at the SPRI Performing Center.
Let's go on a journey to a compound exercise call the Lunge Twist using our SPRI Xerball.
Let's go
Lets start by grabbing the ball and extending it straight out in front of your chest. Step out into a four lunge position and once your balanced, rotate towards the leg that's forward.
Bring it back to the middle and then stand back up to the original position.
This is an unbelievable move to challenge lower body stability and upper body mobility.
Remember... Reach the ball out in front of the chest. Lunge forward and rotate toward the leg that's forward. Back to the middle and stand.
Do this exercise and you are certain to improve your performance immediately.
