1.Clean the sea cucumber 把海参洗刷干净
2.Fill a pot with water - bring to a boil - remove from heat
把一锅水烧开后离火
3.Transfer the sea cucumber in to the pot - cover the pot with the lid and leave it for 10-12 hours
把海参倒入锅中 - 盖上盖子 - 浸泡10-12个小时
4.After 10-12 hours, remove the sea cucumber from the pot - clean the pot - bring a pot of water to a boil - transfer the sea cucumber back in to the pot - cover the pot with the lid and leave it for another 10-12 hours
10-12个小时后 - 把海参从锅里取出 - 把锅子清洗一下 - 倒入水 - 煮至沸腾 - 离火 - 把海参从新倒入锅中 - 盖上盖子 - 再次浸泡10-12个小时
4.Repeat the boiling & soaking process for 3days, until the sea cucumbers are soften - then remove the innards/intestine and clean the sea cucumbers
重复“煮沸热水与浸泡过程”3天 - 直到海参变软后 - 开肚去肠 - 清洗干净
5.Transfer the sea cucumbers in to a clean container filled with water - store it in the fridge for 10-12 hours
把海参放入装了水的容器里,放入冰箱冷藏 10-12 个小时
6.Change the water two times a day for another 2-3 days - until the sea cucumbers are soft and ready to cook
一天换1-2次水 - 重复2-3天 - 直到自己喜欢的软硬度
7.The soften sea cucumbers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months
泡软后的海参可以冷藏保存3天,或冷冻保存3个月
