Here's a look at the newest build for the ULTIMATE build series! This one is focused on the Ice Breaker and the new Warlock exotic Rime-Coat Raiment and it's enhanced Bleak Watchers. The build is designed to allow Ice Breaker to endlessly generate ammo for itself making it self sustaining, usually you'd need final blows with OTHER weapons or abilities to get ammo for it but with this Ice Breaker can get as many kills as it wants and (almost) never run out of ammo!
