Rime-Coat Raiment and Alethonym have a secret... whisper of rending! 42% Free damage. Rain-coat rainment gives us total control of areas in the battlefield. Spawn freezy turrets, a storm, stasis crystals and slowing icicles. I show how to use this exotic with various situations and I show some stasis fragments and aspects that give us free damage, massive shatter damage and massive grenade cooldowns! Seasonal artifact perks boost this build to another level including concussive reload weakening grenade launchers, crystalline converter for shatter melee damage and more slowing freezing perks.
