Namaste Yogis!
Welcome to this week’s yin yoga read with me! Today’s short read with me will only have a couple poses and will be held for around 3 minutes instead of our usual 5. This practise teaches us the importance of making it to your mat - even just 15 minutes. It could mean you got 10 more pages into your book!

Duration: 20 minutes
Intensity: Beginner
Focus: hips, low back, with reading incorporated
Equipment: 1-2 blocks (or a book, bolster or 2 pillows), yoga mat, your book, and a warm beverage!
