椒盐玉米 配料表:
• 熟甜玉米罐头 1罐(约280克)
• 淀粉 适量
• 植物油 30克
• 小葱绿 适量(切碎)
• 彩椒 一小段(切丁)
• 熟芝麻 适量
• 花椒粉 适量
• 盐 2克
椒盐玉米 步骤:
1. 小葱绿切碎,彩椒一小段切丁。准备一罐熟甜玉米罐头,将玉米沥干水分。
2. 少量多次地撒入适量淀粉,使玉米表面均匀裹上一层薄薄的淀粉。
3. 热锅凉油,倒入30克植物油。将玉米粒均匀撒入锅中,轻轻翻炒均匀。
4. 小火慢煎,期间轻轻翻动,煎至玉米表面金黄酥脆。
5. 依次加入熟芝麻、小葱粒、彩椒丁、适量花椒粉和2克盐,快速翻炒出香味。

• 30g vegetable oil
• Green onion (appropriate amount, finely chopped)
• A small piece of bell pepper (diced)
• Sesame seeds (appropriate amount)
• Sichuan pepper powder (appropriate amount)
• 2g salt
Steps:
1. Finely chop the green onion, dice a small piece of bell pepper. Prepare one can of cooked sweet corn and drain the liquid.
2. Gradually sprinkle an appropriate amount of cornstarch over the corn to evenly coat each kernel with a thin layer of cornstarch.
