Stepping into their central kitchen felt like revisiting Saigon all over again — the aroma of slow‑simmered broth, the rhythm of fresh rolls being wrapped, the unmistakable drip of Vietnamese phin coffee. Last year, they expanded with Saigon Express, a takeaway counter built for the busy office crowd, yet still rooted in the same craft and heart.
From 8‑hour pho broth to refreshing spring rolls and smoky grilled pork chop rice, Trung Nguyen continues to serve honest, soulful Vietnamese flavours that feel like home — whether that home is Saigon or Singapore.
