🛒 Ingredients
For the Mochi Dough:
Rice flour
Water
Vegetable oil
Pink food coloring
For the Cream Filling:
Cream cheese
Powdered sugar
Heavy cream
Sugar
Cornstarch (for dusting)

In a bowl, combine rice flour, water, and vegetable oil. Mix well until smooth.
Add pink food coloring and mix until the dough turns a soft pink color.
Pour the mixture into a pan and cook covered over low heat.
After a few minutes, remove the lid and start stirring continuously.
Keep stirring until the dough thickens and becomes stretchy and smooth.
For the filling, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, heavy cream, and sugar until creamy.
Sprinkle cornstarch on the table and coat the mochi dough to prevent sticking.
Divide the dough into small pieces.
Flatten each piece. For easier filling, place the flattened dough over the rim of a small bowl.
Add the cream filling in the center.
Carefully close the edges and roll lightly in cornstarch.
