Let's get after it with this intense 4 minute tabata resistance band leg workout! All you need is a resistance band so you can do this follow along workout right at home or at the gym. Tabata is a form of high intensity interval training using the intervals of 20 seconds high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest and repeated for a full 4 minute circuit. You can use this workout as a 1 circuit finisher at the end of your leg day or perform 4-5 rounds resting 1-3 minutes in between rounds depending on your experience level to maximize leg training volume. Whatever works best for you to get them gains. Now go push yourself and earn those results with this resistance band only leg workout Aliens, no limits!
