I have had a light bulb moment in week two of this training block for the Tarawera 102km trail race in New Zealand in February 2023.

A poor run, some poor health and some hot weather have all contributed to this decision to change up my running for the next 13 weeks until race day.

It's a decision I am more than comfortable with, and as I say in the video, "It makes sense".

So now I am looking forward to the next few months to get ready for my greatest running challenge to date.
