Описание: The new Queen Elizabeth hospital opens its doors to patients on 16 June 2010.

The new helipad for the air ambulance is located on the multi-storey car park opposite the new hospital. On 8 May, University Hospital Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust carried out a successful test of the helipad.
