ingredients:-
Milk 1ltr
sugar 2cup
cardamom 2 no's
method of preparation;-
Boil milk in a heavy bottom kadai. Add vinegar solution (2tbsp vinegar +2tbsp water) to the boiling milk gradually with stirring...till milk curdle and chenna separate.
Drain water through a strainer and pour normal water to remove vinegar smell.
Squeeze out extra water and put a heavy object on the chenna to drain out extra water for 5min 5min.
After 5min..knead a soft dough by adding 1tbsp maida. make balls. and cover it.
Heat a kadai.Add sugar (2cup +5cup water).Boil in high heat and and chenna balls and cook 12 min.add cardamom.
switch off gas. enjoy delicious rasgulla 😊
