Live Yin Yoga Class - Connecting with the Breath - Donation based

Описание: Welcome to my first donation-based Live Yin Yoga class that I will be hosting Wednesday, February 10th at 19h30. In this relaxing evening class, we will work on connecting with our breath throughout the class and do some specific breath work while moving slowly between the asanas that I will be guiding you through. Indulge in this relaxing Yin Yoga class with me and let's do it all together. I am looking at trying to do more live classes and enjoying connecting with my students. So light up some candles, get cozy and comfortable and see you on the mat.
