“In response to this feedback, we are taking immediate and transparent action to resolve the issue and prevent any confusion moving forward. Here are the steps we will be implementing:

1. Renaming the 12V 300Ah Mini Battery – We will be renaming our 12V 300Ah Mini battery to 12V 280Ah Mini to reflect the correct rated cell capacity.

2. Refund and Extended Warranty for Customers – All customers who have purchased our 12V 300Ah battery will receive a $50 refund for each unit purchased. Additionally, we are extending 2 years of warranty on these batteries to ensure our customers feel supported and confident in their purchase.

3. We will releasing a new battery model with a rated capacity of 12V 300Ah in the future. This will provide our customers with the performance they expect.

4. As the over-current protection, we will fix it to 250A-300A in the future products.

In addition to these steps, we have already made an official announcement on our official website and Facebook regarding the product updates, refund process, and upcoming new model release. We want to keep our customers fully informed and engaged.”
