Sealing Equipment Testing

Tested new Vertrod sealer from surplus purchase

Successfully sealed 1-liter balloon section (5 mm seal)
Used 4 mil LDPE bags (same as Paleo Treats packaging)
New 2.5L vacuum chamber arrived
Quarter size of previous 10L polycarbonate unit
Smaller volume should show seal break points on graph
Previous chamber too large to detect coupon seal failures
