Welcome Friends!! Today I am discussing how a heart rate monitor (HRM) works, and How accurate is the heart rate monito in Mi Band 4 is. Besides step counter, heart rate monitor is a very nice thing to have in fitness tracker, and Mi Band 4 offers this features at very low price point. This is a optical heart rate monitor. I have measured my hear rate by hand and a stop watch and compare with the HRM in Mi Band 4. The measurement with Mi Band 4 and by stopwatch has been done simultaneously.
