180g Udon Noodles
1 Smoked paprika
1 Yellow Chili pepper
3-4 Sprigs Parsley
1 Spring Onion
Dressing
1/2 Cup Soy sauce
1/2 Tablespoon (coconut) oil
1 Teaspoon Sesame seeds
Lime juice of half a lemon
1/4 Teaspoon Fish sauce
1 Teaspoon Sesame oil
1 Garlic
Salt to taste
