This 50-minute hip opening and mobility flow is designed to create strength, stability, and space through the hips and lower body.
We’ll move through intentional 90-90 mobility work to build control and joint resilience, then layer in standing strength and balance with Warrior I, Goddess Pose, and Half Moon. From there, we explore deeper hip extension and opening in Dancer Pose and Bow Pose, and finish with grounding shapes like Wide-Legged Forward Fold and Bound Angle.
This class is ideal if you:
– Sit for long periods
– Feel tight in the hips or hip flexors
– Want to improve mobility and balance
– Are building strength for deeper backbends or splits
