Ingredients:
• 2 Tbsp Oil
• 1 Cup Onions
• 1 Tbsp Garlic
• ½ Tbsp Ginger
• 2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala
• 1 Cup Tomatoes
• 1 Tsp Green Chillies
• 1/3 Cup Capsicum
• 1/3 Cup Sweet Corn
• 1/3 Cup Paneer
• Salt to taste
• Fresh Coriander
• 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
• 5 Eggs
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper
• Processed Cheese
• Toasted Breads
Method:
• Set a pan on a medium heat and add oil in it with some onions, garlic, ginger, pav bhaji masala, tomatoes, green chillies, capsicum, sweet corn and paneer
• Mix it well and cook for some time
• Then add salt, fresh coriander, lemon juice and eggs
• Add some salt, black pepper and processed cheese
• Now cover it with lid and cook it for 5-7 minutes
• Now cut a small portion out of it and serve it hot with toasted breads
