I’m brewing a tropical, hop-forward Pacific Ale using a simple extract-based homebrew recipe. Perfect for beginners or extract brewers looking to craft a refreshing beer packed with juicy aromas and a soft malt body.
This recipe uses the Wals Blonde extract can as a base, plus some steeped wheat grains and a generous 100g dry hop of Krush (HBC 586) — a hop known for its intense notes of mango, guava, citrus, stone fruit and berries. It’s a modern twist on the Pacific Ale style that’s sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
