Let’s talk about what early extension is and then I’ll go over how you can fix it

Early extension means that when you get to impact, your pelvis and hips from the top will kick in towards the ball. Your chest then gets further from the ground and your arms tend to straighten out. This prevents gaining power and accuracy with the golf ball

It’s called EARLY extension. How do you fix early extension? This drill is simple and easy and most of all, is for all level of golfers! This is also for both iron and driver.
