This tartar sauce is great i like to make it a little more spicy then this but that is completely up to you.
Ingredients:
3/4 of a cup of mayonnaise
1/4 of a cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of relish (its better if you do half dill and half sweet)
(These spices are 1/8 teaspoon but i use a little more if you really want you could totally use 1/4 tea spoon)
1/8 Teaspoon of garlic powder
1/8 Teaspoon of black pepper
1/8 Teaspoon of salt
1/8 Teaspoon of paprika
1/8 Teaspoon of sugar (you can use honey or leave this out)
1/4 of an onion extra finely chopped
I hope you enjoy this tartar sauce recipe other things i like to add sometimes is red pepper flakes, and cyan pepper.
