Libyan mix spices recipe
1 cup bey leaves
Less then 1 cup الشيبة
1/4 cup green cardamom
Spoon full of whole black pepper
2 big cinnamon sticks
4 Dry ganangal root (عود لحم)
3 Dry ginger
Nutmeg small pc
Spoon full of dry rose buds or dry rose petals
10 cloves
Roast cardamom black pepper and كباب for a while then mix and grind well with other ingredients..
Libyan mix spices are ready..
