Set the clock ⏰ for 30 minutes and complete as many rounds as possible of the following:
50 Heavy Jump Rope Swings
25 Push-ups
25 Assault Bike 🚴 Cals
150 Yard Run
That’s one☝️ cycle the goal is to complete as many total cycles as possible in 30 minutes.
Just something outside the box 📦 to mix up your conditioning this week.
Use part or all of this session based on your equipment and space setup.
