This Routine specifies the proper order in which you should go by performing your ab routine which is 1. lower abs, 2. mid section, 3. obliques and 4. upper abs. Though few exercises done in the video, they target the area that needs work efficiently and transition into the next with not a lot of changes. Always remember tighten the core and breathe at a steady pace with your flow of inhales on contracting movements and exhales when going back to the start position. Routine #3 - 3 sets of 10 for each exercise
Reverse Crunches (lower abs)
Alternating V-ups (combination)
oblique crunches (obliques)
long arm crunches (upper abs)
mountain Climbers (mid -section/ combo)
