Sorry for the late upload, but like this video, things have to get done even if you dedicate just 5 min. to W$RK on them - TRUE DEDICATION. This ab routine consist of just 3 exercises that you can add to your morning routine that target all of the areas for: 1. reverse crunches (lower abs), 2. crossover crunches (all ab sections - variation of isolated bicycle kick on the 3rd set) and vertical leg crunches. Be sure to breathe comfortably when performing the exercises and take only short breaks when transitioning to the next one.
