Interstate 83 and the Light Rail are shut down due to a large fire in Woodberry, according to Baltimore City Police. The fire started at 5:15 p.m., according to Baltimore City fire officials. An official told 11 News crews are in "defense mode," trying to combat. The fire is burning at Camp Small, a wood waste collection yard, according to the Baltimore City Fire Department. Baltimore City Fire told 11 News more than a dozen fire companies are in the process of fighting the fire. Lots of logs are fueling the fire, along with high winds.
