Описание: The northbound lanes of Interstate 97 are closed late Monday morning after a tractor-trailer crash involving a pickup truck. An 11 News crew at the scene observed the tractor-trailer turned onto its side in the Millersville area. The crash blocks both northbound lanes. Southbound I-97 was also closed shortly after noon to allow for a Maryland State Police Medevac helicopter to land. Follow live updates on 11 News, the WBAL-TV app and WBALTV.com
